WHAT IS REDD-UP?

"Redd-Up" is a phrase commonly used in Pittsburgh to emphasize the need "to clear an area or to make it tidy."

Redd-Up Pgh provides residential decluttering and organizing services to do just that while ensuring unwanted items are responsibly and sustainably repurposed or recycled.

Redd-Up Pgh has a small but growing community of partners and donation-recipient organizations. We are grateful for their support and proud to work alongside them!

TESTIMONIALS

I recently hired Karlee from Redd-Up Pittsburgh to handle the donation and clean-out of my storage unit, and I could not be more impressed. Karlee was professional, efficient, and true to her word—everything was done exactly when she said it would be. What sets Karlee apart is her thoughtful and purposeful approach to decluttering. She doesn’t send items to typical large organizations, nor does she resell donations. Instead, she works with a network of small local agencies where each item directly benefits someone in need. It’s an inspiring and impactful business model. Her fee was incredibly reasonable—to unload my entire storage unit into her vehicle—and she handled everything with a super-friendly, upbeat spirit that made the process surprisingly enjoyable. Karlee is outstanding. I would rate her an 11 out of 10 and highly recommend Redd-Up Pittsburgh to anyone looking to declutter, donate, or make a difference in a meaningful way.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with Redd-Up PGH! Not only is Karlee thoughtful about organizing a space, but very conscious about how they can give back to our community. Karlee is constantly hosting philanthropic opportunities for Pittsburghers to join in the efforts to connect our city, but also helping us leverage organizing opportunities to declutter our spaces. They are welcoming and inclusive. I recently offered to donate my former wheelchair and other medical equipment.Karlee and Redd-Up PGH offered a service to come pick the items up with no questions asked! I highly recommend working with Redd Up PGH for your next project!

Karlee was a pleasure to work with. She helped us organize our mudroom and basement. Before she started organizing, she took the time to come up with a plan with us to make sure we were on the same page and to identify and solve any problems that we had. She was very accommodating and open to communication. Karlee helped us declutter and donate items we no longer needed. She helped us make a lot of progress in these rooms and we hope to bring her back to help us organize and declutter more in the future!

I love Redd-Up Pittsburgh! I hope that they can get grant money to also help low income people in Pittsburgh (I am in Carrick, on the South Side of the city and know some folks who need these services badly but may not have the means to pay) let's help get their homes and apartments in order!! Some folks are living in a fire hazard situation with their clutter 🔥🤯Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans' Affairs, HUD, Heinz Hillman Mellon and Pittsburgh Foundations! They can help 👍And the best part? This company gives the good stuff to charity. Yup. Karlee was soooo helpful and an inspiration for me to Redd-Up my life and belongings. I call her "Little Redd Robin Hood"!What great service and staff 💪😃👍

After letting my house drive me nuts for 5 years, I decided I needed real help. Honestly, organization, the container store, baskets, and bins are torture for me. In addition to organizing my possessions, Karlee has been instrumental in helping me choose things that I actually want to keep versus things that I feel like I should keep. Working with her has made my life so much easier because I get ready faster in the morning and I can see all of my stuff in my closet. Karlee is a good listener, a kind coach and educator, and infinitely patient. Highly recommend.

I worked with Karlee to declutter and organize my home office, including a large storage closet. She reframed a somewhat daunting task for me, having me reimagine my space as it is rather than get rid of everything and create a minimal space (which is not really my style!). I appreciated Karlee’s kindness, patience, and ideas throughout the process. I recommend Karlee and Redd-Up Pgh for any decluttering and organizing needs!
